I had the most brilliant idea the other day. I really wanted almond butter, but I can't afford the $10 a jar cost. So I did some searching and found a tutorial on making it at home.

I signed up for the Southern Hills Triatholon. First day of training for the swim section. I swan 800 meters without stopping and have never felt better.
